The history of aluminium die casting at Metalconstruct Zrt. dates back to 1968. In the beginning, we used traditional gravity casting mould method. This casting process was later replaced by die-casting technology, which is suitable for high-complexity, dimensionally stable products as well as for the efficient production of high-volume series.
Due to the GINOP-1.3.3 European Union competition, which we won in 2019, our company implemented an investment to the tune of one billion HUF. As a result of this investment, we could build a new and modern foundry in Sirok where 3 new die casting cells – along with various supplementary equipment – have been placed to the already existing 2 die casting machines.
In order to ensure perfect production safety and outstanding product quality, we introduced Industry 4.0 solutions which guarantee the optimal level of die casting parameters.
