Small-Batch Aluminium Casting – Even for Orders Below 100 Pieces

Published: 5 November 20261 min read

A one-off project, an infrequently ordered component or the need to replenish parts for a piece of equipment may call for a smaller quantity. In these cases, it is important to work with a manufacturing partner who is open to orders with low volumes.

At Metalconstruct, we handle small-batch production and one-off orders, including quantities below 100 pieces. We discuss the technical requirements and production conditions with our partners for each order.

Small quantities, the same level of attention

A precise fit, the right surface finish and the required quality matter for smaller orders too. That is why we make a point of understanding each component’s purpose and the conditions in which it will be used.

When preparing small-batch aluminium casting, we review the technical documentation, any machining required and the requested delivery date. We also discuss the conditions relating to the casting die, so our partner has a clear understanding of the available options.

Whether it is a one-off order or a recurring requirement, we give the task the same attention.

We can also hold safety stock for our partners

By prior agreement, we can hold a safety stock for our partners. They can call off the aluminium castings stored at our facility in smaller quantities, according to their current needs.

We agree together on which components to hold, the quantities and the delivery terms. We take care of storage, so the partner does not need to allocate its own warehouse space for the agreed stock.

This option can help partners plan their component supply and manage changing quantity requirements.

We adapt our cooperation to the customer’s needs

At Metalconstruct’s aluminium foundry in Sirok, partners can discuss both one-off, low-volume orders and regular component supply.

Our customer-focused approach means understanding which component is needed, in what quantity and by when. We use this information to find a suitable production and delivery solution.
